Description
:
The body frame CT-3342/3442 is
constructed of 7075 Aluminum alloy metal used in aerospace industry, and
precisely milled into shape. 7075 aluminum alloy is a
high strength standardized aluminum alloy material. It costs at least 3
times more than the regular aluminum alloy. Only parts with special weight
and strength requirements will use this material.
Carbon fiber materials are also
classified as aluminum alloys do. Most of the carbon fiber goods are made of
the common carbon fiber raw materials. However, during competitions which
call for better performance, such as bicycle/car races, regular carbon fiber
material performance is insufficient. For different kinds of strength needs,
different grades of specialized carbon fiber materials have been developed.
The more the strength there is, the higher the material will cost. The
specialized carbon fiber material we use in the new CT-3342/CT-3442
tournament grade tripod has a super high strength than the regular carbon
fiber materials used in the market, but under the same weight.With
such outstanding building materials, CT-3342/CT-3442 tripods are super light
and super sturdy. All other tripods in the market of the same class simply
cannot compete.The parts quality are built to the slightest detail, and a
precision that no other mass produced tripods can match. This tripod series
can install general mount base, center column, or 75mm semi-sphere leveling
base. They can even be reverse upward folded to hold a CB-50D ballhead
within 3 legs. Feisol also produce both long and short stainless steel
spikes available for this tripod series.
The main feature of this tripod
series is "Sturdiness". All leg tube sections are designed to have the
largest cross-section diameter possible to form a very strong and steady
structure; In order to achieve this result, Feisol decided not to apply
anti-leg rotation mechanism to the leg tubes. CT-3342 has a maximum leg tube
diameter of 28mm, and a diameter of 22mm on its' end leg section (3rd
section); CT-3442 has a maximum leg tube diameter of 28mm, and a diameter of
19mm on its' end leg section (4th section).

Description

In
order to further improve the stability of CT-3371
tripod, Feisol has cancelled the previous 3K weaving
carbon fiber cloth, and replaced it with a new carbon
fiber cloth without the weaving appearance. On the
outside, there will be 2 layers of coatings to protect
the carbon fiber. We are terribly sorry for this sudden
change without notice.
The new materials are stronger and sturdier than the old
one.
The newly
designed FEISOL CT-3371 tripod is the larger size
tripod. It has a maximum leg tube diameter of 37mm. It
is very sturdy even when loading larger photo/video
equipments.Feisol also add an angle lock between tripod
base and leg, so the user can quickly adjust the leg
angle into 25/50/75/90 degrees by push button
operation. CT-3371 can be functioned in different
combinations: with simply a ballhead mount, or a center
column for additional height, or a level base.
The
specification and dimension of the leg tubes are very
precise that, when extending out or pushing in leg
tubes, air can form an airtight chamber inside the leg
tubes and make it hard to push in or pull out.
Therefore, when extending or collapsing leg tubes, it
will take a few seconds to counter air resistance.

CT-3441 Carbon Fiber Tripod
Description
:
Introducing the
new compact tripod for traveler CT-3441. Not only
CT-3441 inherits some of the best features from our
previous tripod models, its' making materials have been
upgraded, and the parts are exquisitely manufactured.
The diameter of the largest leg tube is 2.8 cm. With a
2-section telescopic center column, it can reach 186 cm
when fully extended, but the total weight is only
0.9 Kg
and the folded length is only 43 cm. It's most suitable
for travel or other purposes when weight and dimension
is a concern.
CT-3441 leg
angle can be quickly set not only at 25, 50, 75 degree,
it can even be flipped
180 degree
upward. By folding up all 3 legs around the center
column and ballhead, CT-3441 can easily be set at its'
43 cm folded length.
Special
attention on CT-3441
1)The screw of CT-3441 center column is 1/4". If 3/8"
screw is desired, a screw adaptor is enclose which can
be screwed to the 1/4" to take the 3/8" opening.
2)Aluminum alloy screws are used on the tripod leg
joints. When adjusting the tension force between leg and
tripod frame, please do not over tighten the screws.
Excessive force will break the screws.
